Violation of Right to Education Act-2010 by Directorate of Education Delhi
Directorate of Education is violating Right to Education Law-2010Many teachers in directorate of education are engaged in non teaching work or attached with of Director or Deputy Director of Education of Different Districts for the last 15 years. those teachers have not taught a single word to his children. because they never come to school they always join their duty in the district either they go or not there is no body to ask them.
Children has a right to get education if a teacher is absent in school and working in directorate’ office who will teach them his subject.
Why and how these teachers are engaged in non teaching work for the so long time, First they have approaches with higher officials and some with bribery.
Many time this issue had been taken up. but always with their resources they are able to dump this issue.
These teachers are a shame in the society of teachers. They forget all their knowledge and technique of teaching they feel fear to teach. Teaching job is a hard working job and they do not want to do hard job.
Many teacher were allotted census duty in addition to their teaching work. But these resourceful teacher exempted them selves from doing this additional work. Not for medical reasons but reason was only this that they are working with Deputy Director of Education and DDE has recommended his application.
Other hand many teachers who were reasonably medically not fit to do additional duty were given disciplinary action.
So these violators of Right to Education law are playing with the law one they are not teaching in the school and other hand they are shying to do additional work as other teachers are doing.
Is law for a resourceful person is different and other simple person who had no resources is different.
So the officers of Census and Directorate of Education are playing with the law of the rule.
I want strict action against those resourceful person with whom recommendation these teacher are working In Directorate of
Education. And all the amount which was for the teaching work should be recovered with these officials and teachers.
Crores of rupees are going waste as these rupees was for teaching purpose but the nexus between teachers and these officers responsible for the loss of this huge amount.
Officers are not paying any attention because they have with themselves obedient servants, and teacher associated with them are enjoying life, as there is no duty time, no restriction of any kind, they also attached with the DDE’s when they go for any inspection so they show their power to the teachers.
Many teachers are making money as they know the office working and they fetch some money from teachers who afraid to visit the office. And many teacher who are doing legal advisor’s duty fetching money to give clue for the case.
The Teachers and Officials are both corrupt. A recovery of amount paid as salary should be recovered from them as they never teach students and deprive them from their right to education
Teacher’s first duty to teach in the school and chilren’s first right to get education from their teachers. Teachers are being deputed on non teaching jobs, away from the schools. Giving false arguments by Directorate of Education that “Those teachers are deputed in the Directorate or Deputy Director’s office on special ground.
What is special teaching or their own benefits? What is about right of a child, who is depriving from his right to education.
It is a purely misuse of resources give by the Government of India to the State Government. They are giving you money for the teaching and by using powers these officer are deputing teacher in non teaching jobs.
Is it not a crime to prevent a child to get education from a teacher?
Is it not shame on that teacher who is shirking from teaching work for many years?
How is a teacher able to get his salary for not teaching a single word to students for more than 10 years?
Who will be held responsible for this crime?
Who will put a case against these culprits?
Who will come forward to recover the Govt”s money which was for teaching work and that teacher has not taught a single second in the school?
